Humble Helping Hands agrees to keep all personal and health information provided by the client during the provision of private care services confidential. This information will be used solely for the purpose of delivering and managing care services and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's explicit consent, except as required by law. Humble Helping Hands will take the appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality and security of the client's information.
Under any and all circumstances, we are committed to giving our all. There are no guarantees/promises that nothing will happen during our time with you/loved one, but we take all precautions necessary.
If you have any questions or concerns, please bring it to Francesca’s attention IMMEDIATELY so that we can address the situation. We will keep a daily notebook so that you (yourself/the family) will know what is done daily and what we have done for your loved one.
